• Where services, products, or transactions are contracted through Cogmac Technologies Middle East, the governing law shall be the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Where services, products, or transactions are contracted through Cogmac Technologies India Private Limited, or in jurisdictions where the Company does not maintain a local operating entity, the governing law shall be the laws of India.
• For users accessing the Service from other jurisdictions, mandatory local consumer protection, e-commerce, or data protection laws may additionally apply and shall not be excluded.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 19 - Force Majeure
