Why event bars bottleneck
Demand at an event is not evenly distributed. Drinks service spikes at arrival, at the interval and immediately after the formalities, and those spikes can be three or four times the average rate. Staffing for the peak means paying for idle bartenders across the rest of the event; staffing for the average means a queue at every spike.
Catering operations also face a skill-supply problem. Casual bar staff hired per event vary widely in speed and accuracy, and there is no time to train them on a bespoke drinks list before service starts.
An automated system flattens both issues. Throughput at the spike is a function of the machine rather than of who was available to hire that weekend, and the drinks list is loaded as recipes rather than taught.
Portability and setup
The Classic system weighs 44.8 kg and measures 727 x 335 x 666 mm, so it transports in a standard van and sets up on any stable counter or bar top. It runs on ordinary 110–240 V mains, which means a marquee with a domestic-grade supply is sufficient.

Setup is bottle loading and recipe selection. Because payment is native — UPI, NFC and card — a cash bar can run without a separate POS, and a hosted bar can run in self-service mode with QR access control so only guests can pour.
Weddings, festivals and corporate functions
For weddings, the appeal is usually consistency and spectacle in equal measure: every guest gets the same signature drink, and the machine itself is a talking point. Mocktail service matters here too, since a growing share of guests are not drinking alcohol and are poorly served by a bar built around spirits.
For festivals and high-footfall public events, the driver is pure throughput per square metre of bar frontage. For corporate functions, it is control — a known drinks budget, metered pours and an auditable record of what was served.
Across all three, the operational win is the same: fewer staff needed at the peak, and no drop in service quality when the rush arrives.
