Commercial Bartending Machines in India

Brewmac is designed, built and supported in India by Cogmac Technologies India Private Limited. That matters for a capital equipment purchase: service, spares and recipe support come from the same country as the deployment, not from an importer.

Why local engineering matters for bar automation

Imported beverage equipment tends to fail on support rather than on hardware. Lead times for spares run into weeks, service engineers are scarce, and recipe configuration assumes a drinks culture that does not match the local menu. For a venue, a machine waiting on a part is worse than no machine at all.

Brewmac was developed in India from the first prototype, which was deployed in a working bar and restaurant environment in 2019. Support, spares and configuration are handled domestically.

The recipe library also reflects the market it serves. Indian venues sell a far higher proportion of mocktails and non-alcoholic mixed drinks than most Western markets, and dry states and dry events make a strong non-alcoholic offer commercially essential rather than optional.

Where Brewmac is deployed across India

The largest segments are hotels — where consistency across lobby, pool, restaurant and banqueting outlets is the driver — and event and wedding catering, where the challenge is serving very large guest counts in short, intense service windows.

Corporate and campus deployments are growing, using self-service mode with UPI, NFC or card authentication to extend pantry and cafeteria service without adding staff. QSR and food-court operators use the Fusion system for carbonated and mixed drinks at high volume.

Payment integration is built for the Indian market specifically: UPI is native to the machine, so a self-service or cash-bar deployment does not need an additional POS terminal.

Cost, payback and what to ask for

A commercial bartending machine is a capital purchase, and the case for it rests on labour, wastage and throughput rather than on novelty. The variables that matter are your peak-hour drink volume, your current pour variance, and the cost and availability of skilled bar staff in your city.

Metered dispensing with sub-millilitre accuracy typically recovers a meaningful share of the 15 to 20% over-pour that free-pouring builds in. On high-volume sites, that alone is usually the largest single line in the payback calculation.

Ask for a site assessment rather than a list price. Configuration — base system, add-on modules, carbonation, extension — changes the number substantially, and the right specification depends on menu and volume.

Frequently asked questions

What does a bartending machine cost in India?

Price depends on configuration — base system, carbonation, chilling and extension modules materially change the specification. Contact the sales team for a quotation based on your menu and peak-hour volume rather than a list price.

Is service and support available locally?

Yes. Brewmac is built by Cogmac Technologies India Private Limited, so support, spares and recipe configuration are handled domestically rather than through an importer.

Does it support UPI payments?

Yes. UPI, NFC and card payment are native to the machine, so a self-service or cash-bar deployment does not require a separate POS terminal.

Can it serve only mocktails for dry events or dry states?

Yes. Alcohol service can be disabled entirely, and the system delivers the same speed and consistency for mocktails and non-alcoholic mixed drinks.

What warranty is included?

Systems ship with a one-year warranty. Extended service coverage is arranged as part of deployment.
