A market where mocktail service is the main event
In much of the Gulf, non-alcoholic beverage service is not a secondary menu — it is the core offer for a large share of guests, and it is held to the same standard as a cocktail programme. Venues that treat mocktails as an afterthought lose covers to those that do not.
Brewmac applies the same speed, precision and recipe consistency to non-alcoholic drinks as to cocktails. A mocktail poured to a calibrated specification in under five seconds is a materially better product than one improvised at a busy bar.
That capability also suits the region's very large event and banqueting sector, where guest counts are high, service windows are compressed, and a substantial proportion of guests are not drinking alcohol.
Hotels, lounges and high-volume venues
Gulf hotel properties typically run more outlets than their equivalents elsewhere, which makes cross-outlet consistency harder and more valuable. Standardising recipes in software rather than in training keeps the brand standard uniform from lobby lounge to pool bar to banqueting.
Airport and airline lounges across the region serve very high passenger volumes with short dwell times, which is precisely the surge profile an automated dispenser is designed for.
Labour economics reinforce the case. Where bar teams are recruited internationally and turnover is high, reducing the dependency on specialist skill for routine service has a direct and recurring cost impact.
Regional presence and support
Brewmac is supported in the region through Cogmac Technologies Middle East and the regional distribution partner BrewVend Middle East, which handles sales and service across Gulf markets.
For a capital equipment purchase, that regional presence is the practical difference between a supported deployment and an orphaned one — spares, service response and recipe configuration are handled in-region.
Systems run on standard 110–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz, so installation does not require electrical modification in most venues.
